Nevada Gold Holdings Inc., a publicly held company headquartered at Fernley, said last week it hired Seale and Beers CPAs of Las Vegas as its auditor.
The company previously had engaged Moore & Associates Chartered, also of Las Vegas, as it auditor. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nevada Gold Holdings said it didn't have any disputes with the former auditor.
