Urex Energy Corp. of Reno lost $143,687 in the second quarter, which compared with a loss of $54,360 a year earlier.
The company, which was involved in uranium exploration on prospects in New Mexico and Argentina, hasn't posted any revenues since its inception in 2002.
This month Urex sold its property in Argentina to SGI Partners LLC for $500,000 in cash and a royalty interest.
