Alice Heiman, president & chief sales officer of Alice Heiman LLC, has been named 2010 Marketer of the Year by the Reno-Tahoe Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and Stephanie Kruse, president of KPS|3 Marketing, won the group's 2010 Lifetime Achievement Award.
