Tom Matter has joined the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada as out-of-market and new projects business development manager.
Matter previously worked as a project manager for Panattoni Construction and Toll Brothers Inc. He also has worked as a sales manager at Peppermill Resort/Spa/Casino.
Matter earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
