The company, which does business as Brugo's Pizza, signed a five-year lease on 2,500 square feet at Redfield Promenade, Kietzke Lane and South Virginia Street. Chris Waizmann and Gary Tremaine of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Redfield Promenade LLC.
