Nevada State Contractors Board investigators issued citations to three persons and are planning to issue a citation to a fourth for contracting without a license in the Reno area.
Cited were Roberto Melendez, who does business as Eternal Carpeting; Mitchell D. Donner, who does business as Handyman=Reasonable=Plumbing Electrical ECT and M-D Enterprise; and Michael A. Fogal, who does business as It's All Handy.
A citation is pending, the board said, against Tom Dundas, who does business as Sierra Home Repair.
Melendez, Fogal and Dundas, the board said, advertised on supermarket bulletin boards. Donner advertised on craigslist.
