GenSeven Development & Construction LLC of Reno is building a 10,000-square office for C.H. Harvey Co. on Technology Way in South Meadows.
C.H. Harvey is a concrete contractor.
The building will be constructed of insulated concrete form walls with a radiant heating system embedded in the floor.
Project financing was provided by Security First Bank of Fresno (former Reno banker Robert Hemsath is chief executive officer of Security First), and Nevada State Development Corp. has approved permanent financing through a Small Business Administration program.
