IMortgage Lending Services LLC of Reno last week reached a settlement with the Nevada Division of Mortgage Lending over allegations the company charged homeowners upfront fees before it provided foreclosure services.
The company refunded $7,600 to two homeowners, state officials said. They said the company cooperated in resolving the violation of state law.
