Lance Spindler has been named chief financial officer for the ambulatory services provided by Renown Health.
Spindler, who has worked in hospital finance for 30 years, most recently worked as CFO of Laboratory Medicine Consultants in Las Vegas.
He earned a doctorate in finance from Amstead University and master's and bachelor's degrees in business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
