Nevada State Contractors Board issued criminal citations for contracting without a license to three people in the Reno-Sparks area. Cited were:
* Kris Youngquist, who advertised on Craigslist as an electrician.
* Douglas Vaughn who advertised on Craigs list as an electrician.
* Scott Garrett, who does business SG Sierra Services and was cited for painting a house in Sparks.
