MAX Resource Corp. of Vancouver acquired an option to buy the Table Top claim group 10 miles northwest of Winnemucca from Energex LLC, a privately held company in Reno.
The claims total 640 acres. Option payments are $5,000 the first year, $25,000 the second year, $35,000 the third year and $50,000 a year after that.
