Mutual fund registration

U.S. One Trust, a registered investment company headquartered in Reno, last week filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a new mutual fund.

The product, known as "One Fund," is a fund-of-funds that will invest in shares of exchange-traded funds, both foreign and domestic.

Paul Hrabal, president of U.S. One Inc., will be the fund's portfolio manager.
