Building Solutions of Reno won a contract worth $1.26 million with the U.S. Forest Service to upgrade energy efficiency and improve access to three forest fire laboratory buildings operated by the U.S. Forest Service.
Building Solutions will replace two boilers, remove outdated hydronic pumps, and install new equipment such as pumps for mechanical water. The company also will install a rooftop air handling unit, new acoustical ceiling tile, wall finishes, and a digital control system.
