H Roark & Associates, a Reno investment banking firm that provides capital sourcing, merger and acquisition support and sell-side representation services to middle-market companies, has opened new offices in San Diego and San Francisco.
Bob Watson, chief executive officer of H Roark & Associates, said the new offices will provide increased acquisition opportunities and a broader capital base for the company's Nevada clients.
