Urex Energy Corp. of Reno said last week it closed the previously announced sale of its Argentine subsidiary to Patagonia Resources Ltd. for $500,000 in cash and assumption of debts up to $275,000.
Urex says it will use the money to pay down debt and to develop a uranium prospect in New Mexico.
