Paul Kinne has been named business development manager for retention and expansion at the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada.
Kinne previously was development manager with Panattoni Development in Reno. He also has worked as a marketing specialist for Colliers International in Reno.
He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in speech communications.
