Rae Wallace Mining Co. of Reno signed an option with Geologix Explorations Inc. of Vancouver in which Rae Wallace can earn a 100 percent interest in eight gold and silver properties in Peru.
Geologix received $97,500 in cash along with shares in publicly traded Rae Wallace Mining valued at $250,000.
