Dickson Realty of Reno ranks as the 60th largest independent real estate company in the United States, says REAL Trends, a Denver-based analyst.
Dickson ranks 145th in a ranking of all firms franchised and independent in the United States on the basis of dollar volume in 2009.
The REAL Trends report said Dickson Realty handled 2,363 closed transaction sides and $640 million in sales volume in 2009. A side is when a real estate firm represents either the buyer or the seller in a real estate transaction.
