Thomas W. Otten, who recently opened an independent First Allied Securities office in Reno, has fulfilled all the requirements for the designation of Certified Wealth Strategist.
Otten is among the first 1,000 persons to earn the certification through the Cannon Financial Institute of Athens, Ga.
