State revokes six contractor licenses

The Nevada State Contractors Board has revoked the licenses of six northern Nevada builders and disciplined two other contractors.

The license of Reynen & Bardis Communities Nevada Inc., which is headquartered in Reno, was suspended after the board found it completed substandard workmanship.

The license of Richard Bryce, who does business as Northridge Remodeling in Reno, was revoked after the board found the company diverted funds and failed to establish financial responsibility.

The board revoked the license of Pinnacle Construction & Development Inc. of Reno because it failed to establish financial responsibility.

The license of Triple Crown Construction Development of Inc. of Reno was revoked for failure to establish financial responsibility.

BSA Construction LLC of Dayton lost its contractors license after the board found it committed a fraudulant or deceitful act and failed to establish financial responsibility.

The license of Zephyr Companies of Incline Village was revoked for failure to establish financial responsibility.

The board revoked the license of B&G Concrete of Reno for failure to establish financial responsibility.

Jose Luis Martinez, who does business as Powerhouse Lawn & Landscape and Powerhouse Enterprises Inc. in Reno, was fined $400 for submission of a bid when a license had been suspended or revoked, failure to establish financial responsibility, and acting beyond the scope of a license.
