DP Partners, a Reno-based developer of industrial properties, said last week it signed major leases at projects in Georgia and New Jersey.
Dole Packaged Foods LLC leased an additional 57,560 square feet in DP's LogisiPort logistics park at Pooler, Ga. Dole now occupies 224,320 square feet in the building.
Indianapolis-based hhgregg Inc., a retailer of consumer electronics, meanwhile, leased 86,300 square feet in a recently completed building at Logan, N.J., 12 miles south of Philadelphia.
