Paul Wang, a corporate finance and management consultant, has been named to the board of directors of General Metals Corp.of Reno.
Before launching his consultancy 15 years ago, Wang held positions with W.R. Grace & Co., Chase Manhattan Bank and Bankers Trust Co.
