Coyote Resources Inc. of Reno said it sold 500,000 shares of its common stock to a single investor for $500,000 last week.
The mining company said the investor also received warrants to purchase another 500,000 shares at 50 cents a share during the next three years. The shares were trading at $1.64 last week.
