Minquest Inc. of Reno signed an exploration deal with Willow Creek Enterprises Inc. of Las Vegas on the 57-claim Hercules project controlled by Minquest in Lyon County.
Willow Creek will earn a 100 percent interest in the property after spending a minimum of $3.5 million on exploration. The property is about 25 miles southwest of Reno.
Minquest is privately held.
