Meliss Garramone has been named national sales manager in the convention sales department of Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
She previously worked as a resort sales supervisor for Vail Resorts' Heavenly Mountain Resort at South Lake Tahoe.
Garramone also has worked as director of cheerleading for the Denver Broncos, as a flight attendant for America West Airlines and as an area sales manager with America West.
