Kathy Codman and Leah Steckline have been promoted at Northern Nevada Medical Center.
Codman was promoted to director of support services. She joined the hospital in August of 2004 and has served as both director of materials and materials manager.
She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix.
Steckline was promoted to director for Senior Bridges, NNMC's psychiatric inpatient and outpatient program for seniors. She previously served as the interim director.
She joined NNMC in June as behavioral health outpatient manager. She earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
