Pure Elegance raising capital

Pure Elegance TV Inc. of Reno says it plans to raise $7 million in private sales of equity to qualified investors.

The company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has raised $100,000 so far. Minimum investment is $50,000.

The company headed by Steven Caudle, Yuanbing Caudle and Ken Nail, all of Reno, was created in May and retails jewelry.
