Michelle L. Salazar, a certified public accountant and president of Litigation and Valuation Consultants Inc. in Reno, has been elected vice chairperson of the Washoe County Debt Management Commission. The commission reviews and approves debt issuance by local entities and oversees the entities' indebtedness and debt management plans.
