Danny Hart has been named associate general counsel and assistant corporate secretary of PDL BioPharma of Incline Village.
Hart previously worked as an associate with Hogan & Hartson LLP (now Hogan Lovells US LLP) after beginning his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
