The sale of a property at 8748 Technology Way has been recognized as the deal of the year by Commercial Real Estate Women. The sale, in which Tim Ruffin, Melisa Molyneaux and Mathia Huges of Colliers International represented the seller, Security First Bank, involved eight CREW members at some point in the transaction.
