LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police say a spat over sleeping arraignments at an apartment just outside of Las Vegas ended in murder.
Yuri Marcus, 26, was book into Clark County Detention Center after he allegedly beat 28-year-old Paul Martinez to death in October.
Henderson police say the men were staying in the apartment of a couple getting married in Florida when Marcus became upset with Martinez for sleeping in the master bedroom.
Police say the disagreement sparked a fight, with Martinez pulling a knife and Marcus attacking him.
Marcus was first arrested in October, but was later released.
