Tahoe Ridge Winery & Marketplace LLC of Genoa has raised $155,000 from six investors through a private offering of equity to qualified investors, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The winery headed by Rick Halbardier hopes to raise $625,000 in the equity offering that began 18 months ago. Minimum investment is $25,000.
