Miner acquires properties

First American Silver Corp. of Reno said last week it signed options to acquire 100 percent interest in three mineral properties in Nevada from All American Resources LLC of Reno.

The properties are in Elko and White Pine counties. Publicly held First American Silver didn't detail terms of the transaction.
