Betty Stricklin, 87, of Carson City died July 12, 2011. She was born Jan. 8, 1924, in Aurora, Ill. She is preceded in death by her husband Eugene Stricklin and two brothers. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Ronald and Carol Stricklin of Carson City; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. No service will be held. FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
