Audrey S. Kangas, 82, died July 13, 2011, in Carson City. She was born Nov. 19, 1928, in Oxnard, Calif., to Elmer and Marie Scott. She is survived by son Victor Kangas (Christine); daughters, Alice Dembke (Richard) and Gina Enge; stepdaughter Gloria Harjes (David); brother Lloyd Scott (Nancy); and sister Alice Bloyd (Bill); seven grandsons and five great-grandchildren. A Rosary will be recited at 5 p.m. Sunday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Teresa Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Walton's Carson Gardens cemetery.
