The Popeyes and Fuddruckers franchises at the Legends at Sparks Marina both have set sales records.
Both franchises are owned by Luther Mack.
The 70-seat Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen store at Legends set national records among Popeyes franchises for best opening day, most transactions and best 30 days after its opening, Mack said last week.
When Mack opened the 250-seat Fuddruckers franchise in 2009, the store set records for the best opening day and best opening week.
