Dermody Properties of Reno has completed development of a new corporate headquarters and distribution center for Penn Jersey in Philadelphia.
The 255,336-square-foot facility on 30 acres is owned by a joint venture of Dermody Properties and Boston-based Great Point Investors LLC. Penn Jersey signed a 15-year lease.
