Nevada Supreme Court suspends 2 lawyers

(AP) - The Nevada Supreme Court has suspended two lawyers from practicing within the state after they both pleaded guilty to different crimes.

The Las Vegas Sun reports that Robert Weather and Susana Ragos Chung have been temporarily suspended.

The Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board of the Bar Association will determine what punishment the lawyers will ultimately face.

Weatherford has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence at least twice. He was sentenced to up to 60 months in prison and is scheduled to appear before the state Parole Board next month.

Meanwhile, Chung pleaded guilty in California in May to submitting false and fraudulent claims for conmen who staged auto accidents.

Chung was placed on five years of probation.
