Melissa Melero, Rick Woods

Melissa Melero and Rick Woods have joined the staff of Sierra Arts Foundation, a nonprofit in Reno.

Melero, a professional visual artist, was named program associate. Along with work as an artist, she previously worked as director of a social services agency.

Woods rejoined Sierra Arts Foundation as member and operations associate. He was the foundation's communications director from 1996 until 2000, edited its Encore magazine under contract until 2006 and has worked as a freelance graphic designer and a fine artist.
