Stacy Cunningham has been promoted to director of hotel operations at the Eldorado Hotel Casino.
Cunningham, who has worked for the Eldorado for nine years, previously was executive housekeeper. She also is the president of the International Executive Housekeepers Association's Sierra Nevada Chapter.
