Mr. Morena passed away on October 19, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia, brother Jack Morena, sister Lena Couchman. Born September 6, 1929 in Monterey, CA to Rosario and Mary Morena. Served in US Navy after returning home finished schooling at E. Contra Costa College. He married into Catholic faith on May 17, 1953 to Patricia A. Shields and had 5 children. He lived in Pittsburg CA, Sacramento CA, and retired in Carson City, NV.
His survivors are son, Rosario Morena; daughters Pamela Walker, Paula Boron, Patrice Koett, Phyllis South; sister Jenny Green; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren. A private viewing was held October 21, 2011.
A Memorial Service will be held on November 17, 2011 at 11:00am at Holy Trinity Parish, 3111 Tierra de Dios Dr., El Dorado Hills, CA 95762
