Carolan Harris of Development Dynamics in Douglas County has been named chair of the Northern Nevada Development Authority's Regional Committee for Residential Real Estate.
Harris, who has worked in real estate for more than 20 years, previously served as vice-chair of NNDA's Residential Relocation Committee.
