Net-Coups, a local online coupon site, has been launched in Reno by Nate Lance.
Lance said he's positioning the site as one that provides better margins for retailers than they receive when they contract with national daily-deals service. Early clients include Nevada Wax Bar, Bob Cooks Photography, ABL Carpet Cleaning and Memory Makers Balloons and Gifts.
