Clark & Sullivan Construction of Sparks has completed a $4.8 million improvement project for the City of South Lake Tahoe at Lake Commons Beach.
The work included site improvements along with construction of a beachfront amphitheater and a 2,000-square-foot restroom and concession building with solar panels and radiant heating panels.
The architect on the project was RHAA Landscape Architecture.
