James Robertson has resigned as president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of GameTech International, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission last week.
The company's board said it doesn't plan to name a new president or CEO. GameTech's assets are currently being sold after it filed for bankruptcy protection.
