Kim Belt with the Carson City Purchasing and Contracts was named chair of the Northern Nevada branch of the American Public Works Association board of directors.
Other elected officers include: Mike Brown, Lumos & Associates, vice chair; Tom Adams, Terracon, secretary; Kimble Corbridge, Washoe County engineer, treasurer; Anne Laughlin, consultant, second-year trustee; Shari Whalen, Fernley city engineer, first-year trustee. Don Pawlowski of Bowling Mamola Group serves as past chair.
