The eWomenNetwork offering Linkedin marketing seminar

The next eWomenNetwork Reno/Carson/Tahoe Chapter event - "LinkedIn marketing: Turning your LinkedIn Profile into a Money-Making Machine" - will help entrepreneurs use LinkedIn to market themselves.

The seminar is scheduled for Wednesday, July 25, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (doors open and informal networking begins at 4:30 p.m.) at the Hidden Valley Country Club, 3575 E. Hidden Valley Drive, Reno.

Christine Hueber, founder of ChristineHueber.com Marketing, will discuss how to leverage LinkedIn to engage potential customers, employers or strategic partners. Prebezac promoted at City National Bank

Ursula Prebezac has been named the business banking relationship manager for Northern Nevada at City National Bank.

Previously, Prebezac served as a relationship manager for the bank's Commercial Banking Services group in Carson City and Minden. Prebezac is a 35-year veteran of the banking industry and has been with City National for the past 10 years.

In her new role, Prebezac will be part of the bank's Core Banking group responsible for developing and managing client and prospect relationships in her assigned business segment and supporting multiple branch locations. Developing new business through booked loans and deposits, treasury and wealth management, international banking and much more will be her primary focus.

Prebezac will spend time working out of the bank's three full-service banking offices in Northern Nevada. These offices include the Reno facility, 5470 Kietzke Lane; the Carson City banking center at 1811 E. College Parkway; and the Minden office at 1647 Highway 395.

Prebezac joined City National's predecessor, Business Bank of Nevada, in 2002 from Colonial Bank where she served as the area president for Lake Tahoe and Carson City.

CPA Roger Williams honored with Public Service Award

The Nevada Society of CPAs presented Roger Williams, of Carson City, with the Public Service Award at the Society's 65th Annual Business Meeting in Reno. Williams was selected because of his work with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Nevada.

Rainey honored with International President's Circle Award

Barbara Rainey, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate in Carson City, has been awarded the International President's Circle Award. This distinguished honor is presented to the top four percent of approximately 85,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

Rainey has been a Coldwell Banker agent for 25 years and is an active member of the Nevada Association of Realtors and the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors. She has been a co-chairwoman of the Professional Standards Committee since 2009.

Click Bond distribution deal

Click Bond Inc., a Carson City manufacturer of fastening solutions for aerospace and other applications, has struck a distribution deal with Align Aerospace LLC of Chatsworth, Calif.

Align Aerospace sells to aerospace and defense manufacturers around the world.

Health center completed

Sierra Nevada Health Center is opening its new 21,000-square-foot clinic at 3325 Research Way in Carson City. Shaheen Beauchamp Builders LLC of Carson City was the general contractor on the project. HMC Architects designed the building.

The project was funded through approximately $5 million granted to Nevada Health Centers Inc. of Las Vegas for construction of centers in Las Vegas and Carson City.

The center is a nonprofit.
