Warren K. Davis has been appointed to the board of directors of EMC Metals Corp., a publicly held mining company headquartered in Reno.
Davis, who currently works as a consultant to Parsons Brinckerhoff Power and ClearFuels Technology, Inc., also has worked for Black & Veach, Bechtel Group, General Electric and Utah International.
