Obituary: Jean Ann Dunbar

Jean Ann Dunbar, 83, was born September 9, 1928 in Burbank, CA and passed away May 2, 2012 in her home in Washoe Valley. She has been a resident of Carson City for the last 38 years. Jean was known for her volunteer work within the community, and was an avid painter. She was a Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. Jean is survived by her son, David Dunbar, Jr.; daughter, Debbie Dunbar; brother, Charles Greenlaw; granddaughter, Paulette deBoer and husband, Jeremy deBoer; grandson, Daniel Dunbar; great granddaughter, Dyllan Dunbar, great grandson, Zayden Dunbar, and great granddaughter, Khai Dunbar. Many thanks to Home Instead, who gave great care to my mother. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Walton's Chapel of the Valley, 1281 N. Roop St., Carson City. A celebration of life will be held after the services.
