Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Liver & onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, Mexicorn, tomatoes vinaigrette, whole wheat bread with apple butter, sliced peaches.

TUESDAY: Seafood salad, carrot & celery sticks, crackers, orange, scone.

WEDNESDAY: Polish sausage on bun, sauerkraut, carrot-raisin salad, macaroni salad, strawberries.

THURSDAY: Baked chicken, potato salad, steamed spinach, corn, whole wheat roll with margarine, banana.

FRIDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, zucchini, Waldorf salad, salad with dressing, breadstick, ice cream.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, veggie salad, dressing, garlic bread, orange.

TUESDAY: Lemon-baked fish, broccoli-stuffed potato, carrots, beet salad, whole wheat bread, apple butter, honeydew melon.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joes on whole wheat bun, zucchini, Tater Tots, pears with Jell-O, cookies.

THURSDAY: Apple-topped pork chops, baked sweet potato, lettuce & tomato salad, French dressing, whole wheat bread, margarine, Rice Krispies treats.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9 A.M.: Chicken-fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, melon, V8 juice, orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Roast beef, red potatoes, garden salad, peaches, mixed veggies, gingerbread.

TUESDAY: Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle, french fries, fruit cup, carrot cake.

WEDNESDAY: Stuffed salmon filet with white dill sauce, rice almondine, roasted asparagus, Italian cabbage salad, chocolate pudding.

THURSDAY: Southwest barbecued chicken burger, baked beans, carrot sticks, pineapple chunks.

FRIDAY: Hot dog with fixings, red potato salad, watermelon, apple pie ala mode, fruit punch.

SILVER SPRINGS
